The Central European F4 Championship continued in picturesque Styria. The field almost doubled for the second round, full of competitive teams and drivers.
This time the F4 CEZ field will visit the picturesque region of Styria in Austria. Round 2 will take place on the famous Red Bull Ring circuit.

This weekend, the Gender Racing Team took part in the first official championship weekend of the Balaton Park Circuit near Balatonfőkajár for the last time this year. The most successful formula car team in Hungarian motorsport and its driver were part of an event of sporting history. And with these races, Oliver Michl managed to finish the year in fourth place in the new championship series, the F4 CEZ Championship. Oliver Michl was satisfied with the new track, his weekend battles and the championship.
László Szász finished last weekend's race in Montenegro with a victory. In Hercegnovi, his mechanics had to deal with technical problems, as half of the axle of his Formula 3000 car had to be replaced during the training session.
László Szász finished on the podium again in Sankt Agatha. The hereditary Hungarian champion and former track record holder finished 3rd in his category and 6th in the overall ranking in Austria, where he was welcomed by the crowd as a former multiple overall winner.
Marcell Sziklay-Toldi finished the SKP - GTC joint competition in Bruck, Austria, in August with a good result, first place in the Hungarian classification and 7th place in overall.

On the last weekend of November, the MNASZ Circuit Racing Committee held its awards gala for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, returning to its familiar venue at the Aquaworld Resort Budapest after a two-year hiatus. The awards ceremony of the most traditional category of Hungarian motorsport was opened by the new President of the Hungarian National Motorsport Association, Zoltán Szujó, who was elected last year and who has previously tried his luck as a driver in the circuit racing category.
The Gender Racing Team is busy in winter as well.

László Szász finished Bongo HillClimb Monsters 5th overall, performing the race 5 tenth slower than his best lap time. The hereditary Hungarian champion has added the race weekend to his calendar as a tribute to his former competitor, István Kavecz "Bongo", who passed away three years ago. This was the result for GRT's Oliver Michl at the closing round of the first season of the F4 CEZ Championship season at Hungary's newest circuit, Balatonfőkajár on the Balaton Park Circuit! The final round once again featured three races and there was no shortage of excitement even in the final laps.
For the second time in 2023, the Budapest Great Choice of Sports and Great Choice of Instruments took place on 15-16 September at the Merkapt Sports Centre. Not only among the 111 sports and 25 instruments, the 23.169 visitors who attended the event could find something new, but also among the participating teams, as the Hungarian motorsport’s circuit racing was represented by the Gender Racing Team with the presentation of one of the first generation Tatuus Formula 4 race cars.
As a summary of the racing weekend in Most, Márton Száva, Chief Engineer of Gender Racing Team told us that they are starting to get used to the new generation Formula 4 car, which represents a new racing technology, and with which Gender Racing Team participates in FIA F4 CEZ Championship. He added that the rainy conditions made the Czech race more difficult, because their driver, Oliver Michl has few experiences with the car under rainy conditions. Márton Száva added that Gender Racing Team’s cars are facing several tests in the following weeks. The Gender Racing Team will next race in Brno this weekend.
